Bed & Breakfast Taksteeg 7 1012 PB Amsterdam Haven in the center of AmsterdamOur B&B is situated on a unique location in the center of Amsterdam. Located very central, between the Munt and the Damsquare and between the Rokin and the Kalverstraat. Everything the city has to offer and what makes the city so attractive is located within your reach. Although Amsterdam is a vibrant city, you’ll notice, once you are inside our B&B, you’ll experience a calm atmosphere.

How to reach our B&B by public transport

Tram 4 and 14 on the left side of the Central Station exit: Almost all trams stop next door at the Rokin. From Central Station Amsterdam – on the left side of the station exit, you can travel with any tram and get off at the second stop called Spui-Rokin. After you get out of the tram, you cross the bike path. On the corner of the Taksteeg you’ll find Rokin 104 on the right and on the left side a souvenir shop. Tram 1, 2 en 5 on the right side of the Central Station exit: From Central Station Amsterdam – on the right side of the station exit, you can travel with the trams 1, 2 and 5 and get off at the Spui. After you get out of the tram, you cross the street and walk pass The American Book Center (on your left) on the Spui square, walk straight ahead, pass the Begijnhof (Beguines’ court), the Rozenboomsteeg and cross over the Kalverstraat into the Taksteeg. On the corner of the Taksteeg you’ll find H&M on the right and on the left side Siebel with the carillon. By car – Car parking options near our B&B If you are traveling by car, there are several car parking options nearby – Nieuwezijdskolk, Waterlooplein, Bijenkorf, near the bus station at the Marnixstraat or at good P&R’s. After parking, you can continue on foot or by public transport to our B&B. You can also park your car near the canals at a parking meter (€ 5,- an hour) and with a 24 hour parking card.
